Classically trained Chef, A recipe developer, proficient in numerous cooking techniques and cuisines, with talent for working with ingredients from countries around the world to creating unique dishes that blend fabulous flavour combinations. Also very much enjoys food photography. Co-founder of Persianfoodtours and owner of a culinary school in Tehran, teaching wide variety of unique international food, soups, salads, sauces, bread, pastry and desserts. Currently working on her cookbook and hosting authentic Persian supper clubs in London.
